Winning back the 18 – 25 demographic with an alternative approach for the side effects of being “lidt for lækker/too hot”. The integrated campaign consisted of several viral videos and commercials, a campaign site with various social media activities, and activities at the fitness centres. The videos reached 70.000+ views within the first 3 weeks.

I’m a passionate integrated creative with 12+ years of experience in the digital, design and advertising industry.

Creativity without insights becomes purely aesthetics, and insights without creativity has little effect. The intersection between creativity and insights can be effective and magical. Whether the solution is design, digital or something completely else, in the beating heart of it all is creativity and insights.

Personally:

I have extensively through the last couple of years studied yoga, eastern philosophies and body therapeutics. And to further my studies in the human psyche and body I’m studying to become a body therapist.

I believe that by unifying the mind and body through movement, meditation and therapeutics it is possible to generate metacognition and thereby becoming more aware of oneself and the environment you are in – thereby progressively becoming the best and kindest version of oneself. This is from personal experience beyond empowering and I have experienced stress relief, and a more sharp and focused mind.

I’m trying to be the kindest version of myself whether I’m being a father, living life or working in any professional field.
